Refund Policy
- We do not issue refunds or accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
- Due to COVID-19, health, and hygiene protection, there will be absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
- Please measure your waist and go by the associated size chart.
- If you are in between sizes, go up never down. Our waist trainers fit true to size.
- You can book a consultation and we will assist you with properly measuring your waist. Do not purchase according to your dress or clothes size.
- We will not refund or exchange for sizing issues.
- However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@savvyb.com.
- You must include your order confirmation e-receipt.
- You must notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
- It is recommended to attach pictures of the defective item.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee. You must provide us with a tracking number.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it, and notify you via email, within 3 business days.
- If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product with no additional shipping costs to you.
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will return the purchase price on the original method of payment minus shipping fees.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for your credit card company to process your refund.
