Refund Policy

  • We do not issue refunds or accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

 

  • Due to COVID-19, health, and hygiene protection, there will be absolutely no exceptions to this policy. 

 

  • Please measure your waist and go by the associated size chart.

 

  • If you are in between sizes, go up never down. Our waist trainers fit true to size.

 

  • You can book a consultation and we will assist you with properly measuring your waist. Do not purchase according to your dress or clothes size.

 

  • We will not refund or exchange for sizing issues.

 

  • However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@savvyb.com.

 

  • You must include your order confirmation e-receipt.

 

  • You must notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

 

  • It is recommended to attach pictures of the defective item.

 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping fee. You must provide us with a tracking number.

 

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it, and notify you via email, within 3 business days.

 

  • If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product with no additional shipping costs to you.

 

  • If you are entitled to a refund, we will return the purchase price on the original method of payment minus shipping fees.

 

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for your credit card company to process your refund.
